UPDATE: Source: Venezuela’s oil, foreign ministers can visit Russia in Sep

MOSCOW, Aug 22 (PRIME) -- Venezuela’s Oil Minister Eulogio del Pino and Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez can visit Moscow in September, a diplomatic source told PRIME on Monday.

The two ministers are now touring some OPEC and non-OPEC looking for a consensus for oil price stabilization measures, have already visited Iran, Qatar, India and Saudi Arabia.

“There is a chance that ministers Rodriguez and del Pino will visit Moscow in September. It can take place after an informal meeting of OPEC states in Algeria,” the source said.

A source in the Russian Energy Ministry said that no meeting with the Venezuelan oil minister is scheduled for September so far.
